Key Takeaways
  • eVault showcased its CORE 261 kWh/125 kW ESS, which integrates a 261 kWh storage section and a built-in 125 kW PCS in a cabinet

  • The company also displayed its cabinet-based CORE 418 kWh ESS with a rated storage capacity of 418 kWh and a full-load AC power output of 210 kW

  • Both products guarantee a battery life of 8,000 cycles and specify a maximum system round-trip efficiency of 89%

Enerveda Vault (eVault), a commercial & industrial (C&I) ESS and utility battery energy storage system (BESS) maker, displayed its cabinet-based products at The Battery Show 2026, targeting C&I end users.

The company showcased its CORE 261 kWh/125 kW and CORE 418 kWh ESSs, each placed in a 1,500 × 1,350 × 2,400 mm (W × D × H) cabinet. The former product, featuring five 52.2 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery packs, offers a total storage capacity of 261 kWh with a corresponding DC voltage of 832 V. Each pack consists of 314 Ah cells. On the AC side, it has a bidirectional 125 kW power conversion system (PCS) for grid pairing at 400 V (3-phase). During a grid outage or grid-interactive operation, the system activates automatically and delivers or absorbs power from the grid at a 0.5P rate, corresponding to a 125 kW (3-phase) output.

As the name suggests, the CORE 418 kWh ESS offers a higher storage capacity of 418 kWh and a rated full-load power output of 210 kW (3-phase). It consists of three additional 52.2 kWh LFP battery packs with a system DC voltage of 1,331.2 V. Instead of 125 kW, it is equipped with a 210 kW PCS for grid pairing at up to 800 V. It supports charging/discharging at a 0.5P rate with a maximum full-load power (bidirectional) of 210 kW.

A battery life of 8,000 cycles (charging/discharging) and a maximum system round-trip efficiency of 89% are common for both products. These ESSs employ a hybrid cooling system, featuring liquid cooling for storage and air cooling for the PCS section. The company specifies a common operating temperature range of -25 to +55°C for these products. The company specifies a maximum operating noise level of 75 dB for the CORE 261 kWh/125 kW ESS and 5 dB higher for its 418 kWh peer.
