- SunPower has announced the appointment of Eileen Evans as the company’s new CLO
- Evans was till recently working with Redaptive as its chief legal and corporate affairs officer
- She moves to SunPower with over 25 years of experience across legal and technology business
US headquartered residential solar and storage company SunPower Corporation has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Eileen Evans as the company’s new chief legal officer (CLO).
“Eileen brings a depth of experience at large and growing technology organizations that will be incredibly valuable as SunPower continues to expand and evolve during this time of marked growth,” said SunPower CEO Peter Faricy. “With her strong track record and unique perspective, she will make a great addition to our world-class leadership team.”
Evans moves to SunPower from tech-enabled sustainability as a service company Redaptive as its chief legal and corporate affairs officer. Previously she worked with British multinational software and information technology business Micro Focus International.
Evans also worked with Hewlett Packard, Oracle Corporation and Sun Microsystems in various positions.
She holds over 2 decades of experience in legal and technology business including commercial transactions, merger and acquisition (M&A) integration, intellectual property, litigation, investigations, compliance, and corporate matters.
In August 2022, SunPower said its CFO Manavendra Sial was leaving the company and will be replaced by Guthrie Dundas as the interim CFO. Sial moved to Fluence Energy as its senior VP and CFO (see SunPower CFO Manavendra Sial Enters Exit Mode).
