TUV Rheinland Study of LONGi Solar Modules For Pilot Project In India Shows Over 100% Performance Ratio For Bifacial PERC & N-Type Bifacial Modules

China’s LONGi Solar reported the performance ratio (PR) value of its modules in the tropical monsoon climate of India’s east coast to be above 80%, with its bifacial PERC and N-type bifacial modules showing PRs above 100%.

Chinese solar cell and module manufacturer LONGi Solar has shared results of a study conducted by German testing firm TÜV SÜD in Hainan, China to verify the efficiency gains of its PERC bifacial module technology in different surface reflection conditions.
