Plenitude To Acquire 65% Stake In Italian Developer Infrastrutture Subsidiary With 1.5 GW RE Capacity

Italian oil and gas multinational Eni’s renewable energy arm Plenitude has joined hands with a local developer and investor Infrastrutture SpA to acquire 65% stake in the latter’s renewables portfolio company Hergo Renewables that holds close to 1.5 GW capacity in Italy and Spain.

Oil and gas multinational from Italy, Eni is expanding its geographical footprint in renewable energy to Greece with the acquisition of Solar Konzept Greece (SKGR) that comes to the group with a portfolio of around 800 MW, currently at various stages of development.
