Japan’s Sharp Corporation has expanded its solar module product portfolio with a new monocrystalline 445W solar PV module using M6 (166mm) wafer sized cells.

Sharp Corp. has achieved a 25.09% cell efficiency for what it calls the world’s highest full-size conversion efficiency for a 6-inch silicon solar cell.
