Chinese solar cell and module maker JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. has reported a ‘new world record’ for its high efficiency large-size N-type TOPCon solar cell that has reached a maximum power conversion efficiency of 25.4%.

Solar cell production equipment maker Suzhou Maxwell Technologies Co., Ltd. has reported achieving 25.05% efficiency for a heterojunction (HJT) solar cell, calling it a record for a large size cell designed for ‘mass production’.
