After awarding 326 MW solar PV capacity under SOLBAL 1 in 2019, Spain's Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) has now selected 142 MW under SOLBAL 2 to be set up on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza.
