In 2020 and 2021, 2 technology neutral tenders are planned to be held in Denmark. The Danish Energy Agency (Energistyrelsen) is now seeking stakeholder comments on its 2020 tender plan.

The 140 MW wind and solar power tender by Danish Energy Agency was oversubscribed, receiving total bids of 540 MW (260 MW for wind and 280 MW for solar), leading the agency to finally award higher than the original capacity to wind (165 MW) and solar.
