The tracker tools arm of the leading solar manufacturer Trina Solar, TrinaTracker offers its Agile 1P, the dual-row 1-in-portrait solar tracker. The company's smart tracking solutions, featuring the latest smart control system, was also on display during Intersolar Europe 2023.
Agile 1P, one of TrinaTracker's 3 main products alongside Vanguard 1P and Vanguard 2P, has a shorter structure, making it suitable for solar power plants installed on uneven terrains and distributed lands in Europe. The dual-row design of the Agile 1P minimizes the quantity of driving and control systems per MW, reducing costs and simplifying installation.
The tracker is engineered to endure wind speeds of up to 120 km/h and snow loads of up to 2.4 kN/ m². With a maximum tracking angle of ±100°, it can effectively follow the sun's movement from east to west and south to north. The Agile 1P tracker utilizes a high-precision tracking algorithm to accurately follow the sun's movement, resulting in a potential 25% increase in solar panel power output. It offers flexibility with various sizes suitable for different solar projects and supports panels with up to 690 W power.
The tracker's ±0.02° tracking accuracy ensures precise sun tracking throughout the day. The tracker is equipped with a solar-powered smart controller, which incorporates 2 technologies: SuperTrack, which improves power gain by capturing more energy from diffused irradiation and recovering power loss due to shading, and Trina Smart Cloud, a tracker-level digital monitor and control platform that incorporates proprietary functions such as data sharing, digital maps and health diagnosis. These features help reduce power loss and O&M costs due to failure rates, ensuring asset protection for clients.
