AXITEC’s Made-In-Germany Module Range At Intersolar

AXITEC Energy, a Germany-based PV module supplier that has expanded into integrated energy solutions, promoted its TOPCon and BC module range at Intersolar Europe 2026.  

The displayed AXIbiperfect GL WB and AXIblackbiperfect GL series TOPCon modules, featuring 108 half-cut cells, are rated at 470 W and 465 W, respectively. This cell layout is laminated with 2 mm front and rear glass, then enclosed in 30 mm black aluminum frames for visual appeal. Compared to the higher-wattage module, the AXIblackbiperfect GL uses a patterned rear glass that makes the cell-to-cell and string-to-string gaps black. Measuring 1,762 × 1,134 × 30 mm and weighing 25 kg, these aesthetically pleasing products are suited for Europe’s distributed generation (DG) segment. They are designed to withstand a maximum operating voltage (DC) of 1,500 V. On the mechanical side, these can withstand external front-side pressure or static load of up to 3,600 Pa, while the maximum suction they can tolerate is 1,600 Pa.  

The company also introduced its AXIbiperfect GXXL TB Extreme series module to withstand extreme weather events. Compared to the above-mentioned products, it adopts thicker (2.8 mm) front and rear glass. It also incorporates thicker 35-mm black aluminum frames. These design improvements help the module sustain extreme front and back loads of 5,600 Pa and 4,400 Pa, respectively. According to the company, this 2,324 × 1,154 × 35 mm module is also suitable for alpine applications at a maximum height of 3,000 m. In terms of performance, it is equipped with 144 half-cut cells and is rated for a maximum power output of 590 W and an efficiency of 22%. 

Among the showcases, the company’s latest back-contact (BC) module, AXIblackbiplus BC GR, was also in focus. It has a rated power output of 495 W.  

The company offers a product and performance warranty of up to 30 years on these showcased modules.
