China S.C, one of China's largest solar cell equipment suppliers, offers its turnkey solutions for TOPCon, heterojunction (HJT), back-contact (BC), and perovskite cell manufacturing.

At the TaiyangNews Solar & Storage Procurement Briefing.China (SSPB.C), held a day before SNEC, China S.C’s Chief Marketing Officer, Archon Lai, highlighted the company's current product portfolio. Among them are TOPCon lines based on both PECVD and LPCVD routes for the tunnel oxide and poly-Si deposition, and an individual vertical LPCVD equipment with an 8-tube configuration.

The turnkey TOPCon line covers the complete cell manufacturing process from texturing and boron diffusion through tunnel oxide formation, phosphorus diffusion, front and rear silicon nitride deposition, metallization, and testing. According to the company, the line supports integrated AGV-based material handling and smart factory operation, with a demonstrated yield of >97% and cell breakage of <1.2%. The company claims to have a TOPCon turnkey line installed base of over 100 GW across Asia, Africa, and the USA.

China S.C introduced a vertical LPCVD tool with 8 reaction tubes, each with an inner diameter of 1,440 mm, and compatible with a maximum wafer size of 230 mm. Each tube can accommodate 8,640 pieces in a dual wafer layout for single-sided coating. The tool has a footprint of 30,000 × 8,420 × 4,670 mm. Lai specified that the tool does not have any quartz parts or liners inside the reactors; therefore, the operational and maintenance costs are lower than those of its counterparts. The lifetime of the tube furnace is also extended by 2 years, while enhancing and maintaining the film uniformity during deposition. Using this vertical LPCVD tool, the cleanroom space required is reduced by 1/3 compared to a typical horizontal LPCVD tool of the same capacity. Presenting at the TaiyangNews High-Efficiency Solar Technologies Conference 2025 on the same vertical LPCVD, the company stated that the system is designed to increase production capacity by 2.5 times.

The company states that the current cell efficiency in mass production using its equipment is 25.5% for TOPCon and HJT, and 26% for BC.
