At the upcoming Intersolar Europe 2024, Australian solar mounting and cable management manufacturer Clenergy will exhibit its existing as well as brand-new solar mounting solutions in addition to its single-axis horizontal tracker system.

Existing solar mounting solution to be displayed

The company's booth, themed "Harmony with Nature", will showcase its well-established solar mounting solution – SolarRoof PRO 2.0 and ezTracker D1P, a one-portrait horizontal single-axis tracker model. The SolarRoof PRO 2.0, is suitable for residential pitched roofs integrated with an innovative rail, M module, and interface family. The key features of this solar mounting system can be characterized by multiple metrics – ease of installation, safety & durability.

The SolarRoof PRO 2.0's faster and onsite easier installation underscores the benefit of its adjustable tile hook's wide range of adjustment for 3 positions, and compatibility with multiple thicknesses of tiles, or with wooden structures, explains Clenergy. Also, the unique design of the roof hooks offers flexibility in either landscape or portrait layouts on residential roofs by eliminating 2 layers of rail requirement.

Acknowledging the long-term outdoor field performance of the solar mounting systems, the company says it mitigated the risk of extreme weather event occurrences like windy or snowy days by high-strength hooks and rails, along with ETA-certified screws.

ezTracker D1P – Clenergy's one-portrait horizontal single-axis tracker, suitable for commercial and utility-scale applications, offers slope tolerance of up to 20% for irregular terrain, and ease of installation. The company claims that its 3^rd party-certified design coupled with the advanced smart control system, boosts the power generation by up to 25% compared to a fixed tilt tracker. Its environment-friendly zinc-aluminum-magnesium steel-based construction enhances the tracker's on-field durability and resistance against wind and sand erosion.

New Arrivals

Utilizing the upcoming global platform at Munich, Clenergy is poised to market its new arrivals in both the SolarRoof and Ground series. It will showcase its latest Ascent 1.1 series low-ballast, south or north, and east or west-facing solution with allowable tilt angles of 10° and 15° without rails for PV installation on flat roofs. In addition to the brand-new flat roof low-ballast solution, the company will also exhibit SolarTerrace Ikon, an optimal ground mounting solution suitable for commercial and ground-mounted applications.
