GREW Solar, an India-based PV module maker, showcased its TOPCon products for the European market at Intersolar Europe 2026. 

The company promoted its G12R series module for the utility segment. It comprises 132 G12R-size TOPCon half-cut cells and has a rated maximum power of 635 W and efficiency of 23.51%. Its cell matrix, along with front and rear encapsulants, is laminated with front and rear glass. The laminate is then enclosed with aluminum frames. The company offers a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty on this module. 

The company pitched its All Black module for the residential segment. This bifacial glass-to-backsheet module uses a black-patterned backsheet and black aluminum frames. This gives the cell-to-cell and string-to-string gaps and creepage distances a black appearance. Together with black cells and frames that further enhance the black appearance, this module becomes a visually appealing full-black product. In terms of performance, this module has a rated conversion efficiency of up to 22.8% and a temperature coefficient of -0.28%/°C. Given the TOPCon cell’s good low-light performance, the module can achieve power gains even at dawn, dusk, and in overcast conditions compared to modules based on competitive cell technologies. The company added that this underlying weather pattern matches Germany’s overcast winter seasons. This module is backed by a linear power performance warranty of up to 25 years. 

The company noted that it has a 6.5 GW PV module manufacturing facility in Rajasthan and a 3.5 GW cell manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh, India. It has also been allocated 1,000 MW of capacity under the Government of India’s performance-linked incentive (PLI) scheme. According to this scheme, the company must set up vertically integrated (ingot + cell + module) 1 GW domestic facilities to be eligible for the federal Government-backed subsidies, which will be disbursed for up to 5 years. Its existing facilities, with in-house testing infrastructure and process control systems, are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The company expects these capabilities might meet Europe’s supply chain diversification initiatives, with India among the markets positioned to benefit.
