Growatt has launched MINA All-In-One ESS for single-phase and MODA All-In-One ESS for 3-phase British households
The single-phase ESS is rated at 10 kW/30 kWh, while the 3-phase counterpart is rated at 15 kW/30 kWh
These products are scheduled to be commercially available by the end of 2026 or early 2027
The C&I ESS is rated at 125 kW/261 kWh of maximum capacities
Growatt, a PV inverter and energy storage system (ESS) maker, showcased its latest ESS portfolio for the UK market at Solar & Storage Live UK 2026.
The residential MINA All-In-One ESS (single-phase) and MODA All-In-One ESS (3-phase), with up to six vertically stacked 5 kWh battery units, offer a storage capacity range of 5 to 30 kWh. The MINA series lists a single-phase power output range of 3 to 10 kW, while the MODA series specifies a full-load 3-phase power output range of 4 to 15 kW. For solar harvesting, these products are designed to support up to 200% DC/AC oversizing relative to rated full-load AC capacity.
The single-phase product switches to backup mode within 10 ms of a power cut, while the 3-phase variant takes 20 ms. With 30 kWh of storage capacity, the single-phase ESS can deliver 10 kW of backup power for about 3 hours, depending on conversion losses and the system's operating reserve. In contrast, its 3-phase peer, with the same storage capacity, provides around 2 hours of backup at a rated 15 kW full-load power, considering conversion losses and operating reserve. It has a maximum conversion efficiency of 98.6%, while that of the single-phase variant is slightly lower at 97.5%.
The company also showcased its latest commercial and industrial (C&I) product, RISE 261H-XH, at the show. Equipped with five 52.24 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate battery packs, it has a total storage capacity of 261 kWh. The ESS also includes a bidirectional power conversion system with a rated power of 50, 63, 85, or 125 kW, offering flexibility in system design. Its system capacity can be expanded to up to 1.25 MW/2.61 MWh by connecting 10 units in parallel. In addition to PV (via 10 MPPTs), storage, and the grid, it supports a diesel generator via a dedicated port to increase system resilience against grid insecurity.
According to the company, the MINA and MODA series are expected to be commercially available in the EU by the end of 2026 or early 2027. At Intersolar Europe 2026, the company said it planned to add RISE 261H-XH to its EU inventory by September 2026.
