With digitalization of solar-plus-storage solutions in focus, Hoymiles has launched its Generative AI-powered S-Miles AI Assistant on its S-Miles Cloud website and app. 

According to the company, this virtual assistant supports the demand for instant, frequent, and diversified responses in solar-plus-storage applications. It leverages AI language models enriched with the company’s 13 years of solar-plus-storage operational data. This virtual assistant, after receiving user-defined prompts, provides a range of services, including pre-sales consultation, product selection, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support, in real time. The company states that it can also assist with step-by-step installation processes. Based on real-time scenarios, it recommends an optimized, proactive response for solar-plus-storage assets. 

Apart from end-users, Hoymiles says its distributors can respond to customer inquiries and streamline on-site after-sales services quickly and efficiently using this digital tool. The company adds that distributors or system integrators can explore its analytical features to gain market insights, track product applications, and help make informed business decisions. 

Regarding the safety and privacy of user data, the data is encrypted at multiple levels. These data are further protected by a user access control mechanism, says the company.
