Jetion showcased a 765 W 0BB HJT module with 24.6% efficiency for utility and C&I projects
Its large-format TOPCon module reaches 670 W output and 24.8% efficiency
The residential TOPCon series offers up to 460 W and is commercially available globally
China-based vertically integrated solar manufacturer Jetion Solar showcased its Jeniüs series of heterojunction (HJT) and TOPCon modules for utility-scale, commercial and industrial (C&I), and residential applications at Intersolar Europe 2026.
Leading the Jeniüs series is a high-power HJT module. Designed for utility and C&I applications, JT 740-765SLk(IV) delivers up to 765 W and reaches a maximum efficiency of 24.6%. The n-type module uses 276 quarter-cut cells of the 210 mm wafer format and features zero-busbar (0BB) interconnection. The 2 mm dual-glass module offers a bifaciality of 90±5%. This module measures 2,384 × 1,303 × 33 mm and weighs 37.4 kg. The company offers a 15-year warranty on the product and a 30-year performance warranty. According to Jetion, its low degradation, weather resistance, and low-light performance make it suitable for applications ranging from desert environments to coastal installations. The module is expected to be commercially available globally from 2027.
The company also showcased 2 modules from its Jeniüs N-TOPCon series: JT645-670SLt(IV) and JT440-460SNt(B). The JT645-670SLt(IV) module, built with 264 cells measuring 182 × 52.5 mm, has a rated power output of up to 670 W and a maximum efficiency of 24.8%. Designed for utility and C&I applications, the product measures 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm and weighs 32.3 kg. Its commercial launch is expected in global markets in 2027.
Jetion’s commercially available JT 440-460SNt(B) TOPCon module is designed for residential applications. It comprises 96 bifacial half-cells of the 182 mm wafer format and is rated for a maximum power output of 460 W and efficiency of 23.0%. It measures 1,762 × 1,134 × 30 mm and weighs 23.7 kg.
Both TOPCon modules use 16-busbar interconnection, 2 mm front and rear glass, and offer a bifaciality of 85±5%. Jetion provides a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty for these two products.
