JinkoSolar, a vertically integrated photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing company, exhibited its latest expansion in the ‘TigerNeo’ and ‘NeoGreen’ series portfolio at the SNEC 2024 show.

Speaking to TaiyangNews during the event, the company showcased its new products in the 3rd generation TOPCon cell or HOT 3.0 technology-based TigerNeo 72HL4-BDX and NeoGreen 54HL4R-BDB series module.

TigerNeo 72HL4-BDX

The latest 72HL4-BDX series dual glass module, featuring 144 pieces of 182.3 x 183.5 mm size n-TOPCon half-cell matrix, boasts a power output of up to 620 W and a maximum efficiency of 24%. The company says that the 2,278 x 1,134 x 30 mm dimension module with front and rear PV glass of 2.5 mm thickness each, is well suited for special applications like in high hail-prone regions. This module cleared hail resistance test with 50 mm diameter sample hail. It also enhanced the fire resistance class to the category ‘A’.

Besides the enhanced safety features, the module possesses a high mechanical loading capacity. Jinko shared that the latest 620 W model will be first available in the USA market in Q1, 2025.

NeoGreen All-Black

Jinko Solar’s latest addition to the ‘NeoGreen’ series dual glass bifacial all-black type is the 54HL4R-BDB series model. This model with 108 pieces of HOT 3.0 technology-based 182 x 186.8 mm size n-TOPCon half-cell matrix delivers a power output of up to 460 W and an efficiency of 23.02%, added the company.

Jinko Solar noted that its n-type modules with HOT 3.0 technology offer better reliability and efficiency. Eyeing the European market, all the ‘NeoGreen’ modules are manufactured from certified zero-carbon factories. This 1,762 x 1,134 x 30 mm dimension module, covered with front and back side 2 mm thick PV glass, can withstand front side mechanical load of up to 6,000 Pa and 5,400 Pa of rear side static load.
