Latest Offerings By Switzerland-Based Energy Solution Provider At Intersolar Europe 2024

• AEG introduced its latest offerings covering solar modules, inverters, and storage solutions at Intersolar Europe 2024
• The company showcased its latest stackable high-voltage battery, each with 5 kWh capacity, expandable to 40 kWh in a clustered design
• Its latest hybrid inverter, with a new stackable battery and high-current PV module has 10 kW capacity
• The company also displayed its new 470Wp power and 23.6 % efficiency back-contact module

Switzerland-based Solar Solution Group, a manufacturer of solar modules, inverters, and storage solutions under the brand name AEG, exhibited its latest offerings at the recently concluded Intersolar Europe 2024. The offerings encompassed a new stackable battery for modular energy storage with a matching hybrid inverter and high-efficiency back-contact and n-type PV module with a power range of 435 Wp to 615 Wp.

With the launch of a new stackable AEG high-voltage battery, the AEG AS-BMH02, with a 5 kWh modular solution, offers flexibility to the installer with an option to add up to 40 kWh of capacity in a clustered design. It achieves this through a custom design where 4 battery units are connected in each cluster,  reaching up to 40 kWh capacity in 2 parallel connected cluster configurations, explained Solar Solutions Group CTO and CMO Conny Hulverscheidt.

AEG's latest 10 kW capacity hybrid inverter's key features make it suitable for high operating voltage and large format high short circuit current PV module applications. This hybrid inverter's user-friendly design allows for seamless pairing with both the latest stackable high-voltage battery and the mainstream AEG high-voltage monobloc battery, added Conny.

The company also showcased AEG Solar's expanded module portfolio – back-contact solar modules with 23.6% efficiency and mainstream dual-glass n-type solar modules. The module, with a frontside grid-less sleek design with 108 pieces of back-contact series cells, boasts a power output of up to 470 Wp. Apart from the latest BC module, AEG displayed its 455 Wp mainstream n-type glass-glass solar module with 108 pieces of M10 cells in an active module area of less than 2 m², suitable for residential installations. For commercial and industrial (C&I) scale applications, AEG is offering the new RM10 modules in the 580 Wp and 615 Wp power classes
