MARSTEK displayed three residential storage systems and an 800 W microinverter at the exhibition
Its modular batteries include a 3 kW/5 kWh system expandable to 9 kW/15 kWh and a PV-connected system offering 2.08 kWh to 12.48 kWh
A 10 kWh battery targets existing PV installations, with 3.6 kW bidirectional power and backup output
Solar and storage supplier MARSTEK presented an 800 W microinverter and three residential battery systems at Solar & Storage Live UK 2026. Its display covered expandable home storage, batteries with direct solar input, and storage additions to existing PV installations. The company also highlighted energy management, EV charger integration, and backup functions.
For expandable home storage, MARSTEK displayed the VENUS E 4.0, combining 3 kW of power with 5 kWh of battery capacity. According to the company, its Plug-in Smart Box enables expansion to 9 kW/15 kWh, allowing users to scale both power and storage capacity. The system supports AI-based energy management and integration with virtual power plants (VPPs). MARSTEK also says it works with the company’s chargers to manage EV charging.
For users seeking a battery system with direct solar input, MARSTEK presented VENUS E Pro. Its 4 maximum power point tracking (MPPT) channels support a combined PV input of up to 2.4 kW. The company specifies a startup voltage of 16 V, which it says supports generation in low light. Modular storage capacity ranges from 2.08 kWh to 12.48 kWh, while its bidirectional inverter is rated at 2 kW, with a stated peak power of 2.4 kW.
According to MARSTEK, the system switches to backup operation in less than 10 ms and uses active DC/DC voltage balancing to support stable operation. It also supports charging during lower-price electricity periods for later use. The company specifies a response time of less than 3 seconds for zero-export control, which adjusts system output to limit electricity fed into the grid.
For existing PV installations, MARSTEK displayed VENUS E Max, a 10 kWh home battery with 3.6 kW bidirectional power and backup output. According to the company, it switches to backup operation in less than 10 ms.
Alongside the batteries, MARSTEK presented SATURN-M, an 800 W microinverter that converts DC electricity into AC. The company says it is suitable for home and business solar-battery systems. It supports independent MPPT tracking and app-based monitoring.
The microinverter features an aluminum enclosure, an IP67 protection rating, and a stated operating temperature range of −20°C to 60°C. MARSTEK provides a 10-year warranty on this product.
The announcement lists efficiency of up to 99.8%. MARSTEK also claims daily energy savings of 5-10 kWh and payback within two years for SATURN-M, and annual savings of up to €1,193 for VENUS E Pro.
