Founded in 2011, Seraphim Solar with its current 13 GW global PV module production capacity, showcased the latest high-power HJT and TOPCon modules among other offerings at the SNEC 2024 event.

Speaking to TaiyangNews, the company focused on its brand-new ‘Hydra’ series bifacial HJT and ‘Sable’ series TOPCon models.

HJT Module

The latest SRP-7XX-BHC-BG series dual-glass HJT module, featuring 132 pieces of 210 mm size half-cut cell layout, boasts a power output of up to 720 W and an efficiency of up to 23.18%.

This model offers 4 different power classes between 705 W and 720 W, adding the company. Its dimensions of 2,384 x 1,303 x 33 mm with front and rear PV glass of 2 mm thickness each make it a utility-scale product.

The module’s higher bifaciality of up to 90% and lower temperature coefficient of – 0.258%/℃ promises additional power generation, as emphasized by the company. Its 15 years of product and 30 years of linear power performance warranty can be attributed to mechanical load capacity of 5,400 Pa front load and 2,400 Pa rear load, multi-busbar interconnection technology, lower risk of hotspot generation, and lower annual power attenuation of 0.3%/year. The module is now commercially available, confirmed Seraphim.

TOPCon Module

On the other hand, Seraphim expanded its ‘Sable’ series TOPCon module profile by launching a 210R or 182 x 210 mm size cell-based 620 W model. The module with 132 pieces of 210R size half-cell matrix delivers a power output of up to 620 W and an efficiency of up to 22.95%, it added. Its half-cell layout is laminated by front and rear side PV glass of 2 mm thickness each in a module dimension of 2,382 x 1,134 x 30 mm. The module’s high power generation can be attributed to the higher bifaciality of 80% and improved performance in low-light conditions, while lowering the risk of hotspots and higher mechanical loading capacity contribute to enhanced reliability. It also comes with 15 years of product and 30 years of linear power performance warranty.

Besides the latest HJT and TOPCon models, Seraphim’s booth also displayed other new products like   a lightweight dual-glass full black model under ‘Nebula’ series, and  a polyurethane frame based ‘Sable’ series module. In addition, there was  a new anti-dust module.
