During this year’s SNEC 2025 exhibition, Ginlong (Solis) Technologies, a well-known Chinese string and hybrid inverter maker, rolled out the company’s latest S6-EH3P(75–125)K10-NV-YD-H series 3-phase hybrid inverter, designed for C&I applications.
Product Description
This wall-mounted S6-EH3P(75–125)K10-NV-YD-H series is a 3-phase hybrid inverter. Drawing insights from the company’s datasheet, this new product, equipped with 10 independent MPPT channels and supporting up to 20 individual PV string inputs, can deliver up to 125 kW of AC output power in on-grid mode. Its DC/AC oversizing capability of up to 200% and wide MPPT voltage range (150 V to 950 V) enable high energy yield from connected commercial rooftop PV arrays.
Compatible with a wide range of lithium-ion battery banks, the inverter features 2 battery ports and supports up to 200 A, or dual 100 A, charge/discharge current, making it suitable for high-capacity commercial energy storage applications. Notably, its inbuilt generator port, connected with an on-site diesel generator (DG) set, can facilitate round-the-clock electricity. During grid failure or shutdown events, the inverter can switch to off-grid or backup mode in less than 10 ms and deliver up to 160% overload power for up to 200 ms, ensuring uninterrupted power to critical C&I connected loads.
In terms of safety and protection features, the inverter includes an integrated DC switch for manual disconnection and automatic DC reverse polarity detection to prevent damage from incorrect wiring. Its anti-islanding functionality ensures safety for utility workers during line maintenance. In addition, to protect against surge voltages, particularly those caused by lightning, the inverter comes equipped with surge protection devices (SPD) on both the AC and DC sides.
Additionally, upon request, the inverter can be integrated with an Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI) 2.0, which helps detect and mitigate potential fire risks associated with arc faults in PV arrays.
This hybrid system is scalable up to 600 kW through parallel operation of up to 6 units. Its in-built intelligent AI-powered ‘SolisCloud AI’ Energy Management System (EMS) supports battery charging and discharging, aligning with Time-of-Use (TOU) tariffs, optimizing energy cost savings for commercial & industrial (C&I) users.
