Trinasolar, a leading solar PV and energy storage manufacturer, showcased its Vertex G3 solar module portfolio, based on the company's third-generation TOPCon technology, at SNEC 2026 and Intersolar Europe 2026. The company's display featured the Vertex N G3 series for utility and C&I applications and the Vertex S+ G3 series for rooftop installations.

The flagship Vertex N G3 series comprises 2 bifacial dual-glass modules built with 264 quarter-cut cells. The NEG21C.20Q module delivers up to 760 W with a module efficiency of 24.5% and 85±5% bifaciality. Designed for utility-scale and desert applications, the module features a 2 mm dual-glass construction and measures 2,384 × 1,303 × 33 mm.

The second module in the series, NEG19RC.20Q, is rated at 670 W of power and an efficiency of 24.8%, the highest among the company’s listed modules. It shares the same quarter-cut cell architecture, glass-glass construction, and 85±5% bifaciality, but is offered in a narrower 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm format. According to Trinasolar, the module is optimized for single-axis (1P) tracker systems and is intended for commercial & industrial (C&I), utility, and AI data center applications.

For rooftop installations, Trinasolar promotes the Vertex S+ G3 series NEG9RP.28Z and NEG9R.25Z Full-Black modules. Both modules are built with 150 n-type i-TOPCon Ultra cells based on the 210R wafer format. They incorporate high-density interconnection, a full-screen module design, and a 1.6 mm glass-glass configuration. The NEG9RP.28Z module delivers up to 485 W at 24.3% module efficiency, while the NEG9R.25Z Full-Black module delivers up to 480 W at 24.0% module efficiency.

In addition to the G3 series, Trinasolar also presented its portfolio of application-specific modules. The Vertex N Anti-glare module (TSM-NEG19RC.20) delivers up to 645 W with a module efficiency of 23.9% and 80±5% bifaciality. Built with 132 n-type cells in a dual-glass configuration, the module is designed for airports, highways, agricultural projects, C&I facilities, and residential rooftop installations. The company also presented the Vertex S+ Lightweight module (TSM-NEL18R), a mono glass 520 W module with an efficiency of 23.4%. With dimensions of 1,961 × 1,1134 × 30 m, the module weighs 15.8 kg. The lightweight module is designed for C&I rooftops with limited load-bearing capacity.

All showcased Vertex N G3 modules are commercially available globally and carry 12-year product warranties together with 30-year performance warranties. The Vertex S+ G3 modules are scheduled for commercial availability in Europe during H2 2026 and are backed by 25-year product warranties and 30-year performance warranties.

Trinasolar also showcased the Vanguard 1P Terrain+ tracker, designed to support utility-scale projects on complex and uneven terrain. For energy storage, the company showcased the Elementa 3 battery platform with a capacity of up to 6.25 MWh, together with the Electra 13.8 integrated DC+AC system for utility-scale applications.
