

Ulica Solar showcased BC modules reaching up to 670 W and 24.8% efficiency
Its latest ZBB-based TOPCon module reaches 675 W and 24.99% efficiency, with availability expected in January 2027
The company’s highest-power showcased module delivers 735 W at 23.66% efficiency
Chinese solar module manufacturer Ulica Solar presented its latest solar module portfolio at SNEC 2026. The product range covers all applications, including residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and utility-scale applications.
Ulica Solar presented two modules based on BC technology: the Harmony and Black Jade Harmony series. The Harmony Series uses the zero-busbar (0BB) format and features an anti-dust frame. Based on the 182.2 × 210 mm wafer format and built with 132 half-cells, the module delivers up to 670 W at 24.8% efficiency. This is a large-format module with dimensions of 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm and weighs 32.5 kg. It uses 2 mm glass on both sides and offers a bifaciality of 75% ± 5%.
Another BC module, the Black Jade Harmony Series, uses 108 half-cells and features a full-black design with no visible front gridlines. It delivers up to 485 W at 23.8% efficiency and measures 1,800 × 1,134 × 30 mm. The 23.5 kg module uses 2 mm front glass and 1.6 mm rear glass. According to Ulica Solar, it has a bifaciality of 80±5%. Both BC modules have a power temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C. The Black Jade Harmony comes with 30-year warranties on both the product and performance.
Moving to its TOPCon portfolio, Ulica Solar presented the Qin Series, which combines 0BB interconnection with what Ulica Solar calls composite-finger technology. Based on the 182.2 × 106.3 mm wafer format and built with 132 half-cells, the module delivers up to 675 W at 24.99% efficiency. It measures 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm and weighs 32.7 kg. Ulica Solar expects to make the Qin Series commercially available globally in January 2027.
The company’s highest-power module in the showcased portfolio comes from its TOPCon-based Mountain Series. Based on the 210 × 105 mm wafer format and built with 132 half-cells, the TOPCon module delivers up to 735 W at 23.66% efficiency. The module measures 2,384 × 1,303 × 33 mm and weighs 37.5 kg.
The Mate Pro Veil shares the Qin module’s dimensions and 132-cell configuration but uses a 16BB design. The module delivers a power output of 635 W and an efficiency of 23.51%. It weighs 33.1 kg and uses 2 mm glass on both sides.
The smaller-format Black Jade Flow module has a reduced module length of 1,961 mm. Its 108-half-cell configuration offers up to 520 W at 23.38% efficiency. The module weighs 27 kg and, like the Mate Pro Veil, uses a 16BB design. All the showcased TOPCon modules offer a bifaciality of 80±5%.
Except for the Qin Series, all the modules are commercially available globally, according to Ulica Solar. The TOPCon modules, along with the Harmony BC module, come with 15-year product and 30-year performance warranties. The Black Jade Harmony offers 30-year product and performance warranties. The company also showcased the same product portfolio at Intersolar Europe 2026.
