ZIMMERMANN from Germany promotes its solutions for a wide range of applications including AgriPV, floating PV, tracker and fixed tilt structures, each designed to suit specific site needs. ZIMMERMANN's AgriPV systems allow for dual use of land for both energy production and agriculture.
The ZIM Agri Top system is a versatile option that can be installed in either a south or eastwest orientation. It can be combined with a ZIM Track system to follow the sun, or it can be used as a standalone system. The ZIM Agri 1 V system is another flexible option that can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of crops. The inclination can be set between 10 and 35 degrees, and the system can be rotated 90 degrees for easy soil work. The ZIM Track Agri Tracker is a high-efficiency system that is compatible with a wide variety of planting and even suitable flower meadows. The system uses terrain-based, adaptive 3D-backtracking to optimize energy yield and agricultural production. The ZIM Agri EW system is a good option for row plants. It supports one east-facing and one west-facing row, and it offers flexibility in span and maximum crop height.
ZIMMERMANN also offers a range of fixed-tilt solar mounting systems. The ZIM 1 V and ZIM 2 V ground mount solar mounting systems can be installed by pile driving or concrete foundation. The ZIM 2 S ground mount solar mounting system is a solid steel, corrosion-resistant, quick-to-install system with integrated cable management for all types of modules, topography, and grounding variations. The East-West mounting systems ZIM 2 EW and ZIM 3 EW can be installed by pile driving or concrete foundation, and support modules from 3 to 4 in portrait or 5 to 6 in landscape orientation.
The ZIM Track is a single-axis tracker that is wind certified up to 45 m/s, string powered, bifacial optimized, and has independent ZIMMERMANN row control. It is flexible in module size and can be adapted to undulating site conditions, with lower installation time and low maintenance costs. ZIMMERMANN also offers a floating PV system called ZIM Float. This system is integrated with floats that reduces land use. The system has been successfully installed in multiple countries, with an installed capacity of 258 MWp across 23 realized projects.
