

ZNSHINE showcased its G12R quarter-cut PV module with 670 W power output and an efficiency of 24.8%
The company also promoted its 2,384 × 1,303 × 30 mm size 0BB PV module for large-scale utility projects

ZNSHINE PV-TECH Co., Ltd, a China-based PV module and energy storage system (ESS) provider, introduced its latest TOPCon modules at Intersolar Europe 2026. These products are differentiated by performance, mechanical design, and applications.
The company’s 670 W module was one of its highlights at the show. It consists of 264 G12R-size quarter-cut cells interconnected in a gapless design, helping to increase active area. As a result, its maximum efficiency reaches 24.8%. At the same time, the module’s shorter cell busbars with reduced resistance lower power losses compared to half-cut cell-based alternatives. The module’s open-circuit voltage is 50.90 V, and the short-circuit current is 16.54 A. Laminated with front and rear glass, its circumference is enclosed by steel frames rather than conventional aluminum-based counterparts. The use of steel enhances the product’s mechanical durability in ground-mounted utility or commercial & industrial (C&I) installations. The module dimensions are 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm.
ZNSHINE’s 750 W module was also in focus at the show. This module, with 132 G12 half-cut cells, can deliver a maximum power output of 750 W at an efficiency of 24.14%. According to the company, these cells don’t have busbar metallization (0BB), which helps increase active cell area and reduce silver consumption, among other advantages. Its open-circuit voltage is 50.30 V, and the short-circuit current is 18.67 A. On the mechanical side, the module is laminated with front and rear glass within 2,384 × 1,303 × 30 mm. The company pitched this product for large-scale utility projects.
The company also showcased its lightweight rigid module for Europe’s roofs with load-bearing limitations. Equipped with 120 G12 half-cut cells, this module is rated for a maximum power of 600 W and an efficiency of 23.22%. This module measures 2,279 × 1,134 × 30 mm and weighs 7.74 kg/m² – up to 35% lighter than conventional counterparts. The use of ‘ultrathin glass’ and ‘customized lightweight frame’ contributes to weight reduction.
The above-mentioned modules’ common feature is a thin layer of graphene coating over the front glass. According to the company, the hydrophilic nature of this ‘thinnest, lightest, most flexible, and conductive nanomaterial’ helps the module surface clean itself. This coating also improves the light absorption rate of the underlying glass by approximately 2.3%. In addition, graphene – with its stable carbon atoms and crystalline structure – exhibits strong mechanical strength, enhancing the toughness of the glass. In turn, it reduces the risk of microcracks in the module during field operation and installation.
