ZNSHINE Solar pitched its conventional PV module lineup, covering different sizes and applications, at SNEC 2025
It also showcased its BIPV-focused colored modules during the event
The company claims its PVT module can produce more than 1,600 W of thermal output in nominal operating conditions
ZNSHINE Solar, an upcoming name in the PV module manufacturing space, participated in the SNEC 2025 exhibition. Apart from traditional PV modules, the Chinese company’s booth also showcased several niche application products during the event.
Featuring an all-black PV module with an aesthetically appealing design, was rated at 465 W power output. Equipped with 90 G12 half-cut n-type cells, this module boasts a maximum efficiency of 23.27%. However, the company didn’t specify the technology of its 16BB cell . Measuring 1,762 × 1,134 × 30 mm, this dual-glass module is well suited for distributed generation (DG) applications.
This all-black PV module’s double glass monofacial variant was also pitched during the show. It shares similar specifications with the aforementioned product. However, this version features polyurethane (PU) based frame, which has an anti-corrosion and UV-resilient property .
The company’s stall also displayed a larger variant of the all-black monofacial PV module. This single glass module is sized at 2,279 × 1,134 × 30 mm. Consisting of 182.2 × 183.75 mm n-type half-cells, it boasts a power output of up to 625 W and an efficiency of up to 24.18%. It is also equipped with PU based frame. According to the company, this product is developed focusing on solar-pump applications.
Apart from the DG application scenario, ZNSHINE Solar showcased a utility application product. Having a module layout of 132 G12 half-cut n-type cells, this product can deliver up to 740 W of power output. The maximum efficiency of this module is 23.82%. This glass-glass module, sized at 2,384 × 1,303 × 30 mm, is attached to a steel frame.
In building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) variant, the company promoted its colored product . Available in different colors of red, green, and yellow, this module can be used as an architectural façade, aligning with the color of the building roof, says the company. This monofacial double-glass module, featuring G12R n-type cells, offers a maximum power output of 410 W and an efficiency of 20.52%. Its rated open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current are 35.50 V and 14.17 A, respectively. These colored modules are designed with dimensions of 1,762 × 1,134 × 30 mm. .
The PV module maker also pitched for its photovoltaic thermal (PVT) application module. PVT technology is a hybrid solar technology that combines PV and thermal energy generation in a single module. Incorporating 144 numbers of 9BB half-cells, this module can deliver up to 450 W of output power, while the rated maximum efficiency is 20.70%. The size of this system is 2,084 × 1,038 × 35 mm. According to datasheet, this system can produce more than 1,600 W of thermal output when operated nominally. However, the company did not disclose many thermal performance specifications.
