State-owned Indian utility NTPC Limited has launched a tender seeking consultancy services for registration, validation and verification exercise for 200 MW, out of 250 MW Anantpur Solar Power Project under Global Carbon Council (GCC) program.
NTPC has specified that the consultant will carry out this assessment exercise for the initial 5 years for the 200 MW capacity in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Select consultant will be required to prepare project submission form (PSF) as per GCC guidelines, comprising baseline study, monitoring and verification (M&V) protocol, common practice analysis through data sourced from central and state government departments, environmental impact assessment (EIA), and stakeholders commends.
Tender documents specify that any bidder from a country that shares a land border with India will be eligible to bid, provided it is registered with the competent authority.
The last date to submit documents is November 18, 2021, and details of the same are available on NTPC Limited's e-tender website.
