SJVN Green Energy Limited (SGEL), the green energy arm of Indian state-owned utility SJVN Limited, has launched a tender to procure 377 MW capacity of solar modules.   

It requires the manufacture and supply of 376.60 MW solar PV panel capacity with a single bidder allowed to win the entire capacity required. The minimum capacity to be won by a bidder is 94.15 MW and further on in multiples of 94.15 MW. 

Modules sourced must come from the manufacturers and models listed in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).  

These will be deployed at the solar power project under phase XIV of the Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL). Delivery must be completed within 2 months from the date of issuance of the letter of award (LoA).  

The tender was launched on May 15, 2024, and the last date of submission is June 11, 2024. The detailed tender document is available on SJVN's website.
