Oil India Limited (OIL), the state-owned national oil and gas company, is looking for a consultant to provide project management consultancy (PMC) for a total of 100 MW or more of ground mounted or floating solar PV or wind energy projects.

The upstream company specifically wants the selected winner to prepare pre-feasibility report (PFR) and also detailed project report (DPR) for the development of this capacity anywhere in India.

Broad scope of work will include preparation of the request for proposals (RFP) and bid evaluation for the requisite capacity, among other tasks.

OIL says it currently operates 174.1 MW wind energy projects across various Indian states and 2 projects of 14 MW combined capacity in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, making up its total renewable energy portfolio.

The tender was launched on June 2, 2023, with last date of bid submission to this expression of interest (EOI) being June 27, 2023. Details are available on its website.
