Vikas Anand Joins Origis’ Senior Leadership Team

• Origis Energy has appointed Vikas Anand to the company's leadership team  
• Anand has joined the group as COO and CFO to help shape strategy for the US company  
• He will also be responsible for enhancing operational capabilities, overseeing financial operations, raising capital for Origis 

US based renewable energy company Origis Energy has hired a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the senior leadership team. Vikas Anand comes to the fold with more than 2 decades of work experience, mostly in the clean energy domain.  

At Origis, Anand will be responsible for enhancing operational capabilities, overseeing financial operations, raising capital and helping shape strategy for the company's growth.  

Anand worked in various positions within General Electric (GE) over the years, including as the CEO of GE Renewable Energy—Onshore Wind Americas. He also served as the CFO of GE Onshore Wind and as CFO and Investment Committee member of GE Capital's Energy Financial Services.  

Before GE, Anand was the co-founder and sponsor at GoGreen Investments and was an advisor to Brookfield Asset Management, according to his CV.
