Shoals Announces New Senior Leadership Appointments

Karen Bazela & Lindsey Williams Join US EBOS Manufacturer To Drive Growth & Innovation

  • Lindsey Williams is now leading the EBOS supplier as its vice president of marketing 
  • Karen Bazela is its new vice president of sales; she previously worked with companies such as Siemens and Southwire Company

Shoals Technologies Group has brought on board former senior executive of Enel and Siemens, Lindsey Williams and Karen Bazela, to lead its marketing and sales divisions, respectively. 

In her previous roles, Williams worked in the energy industry with companies including Centrica Business Solutions and Enel. She has taken over as the vice president of marketing at Shoals with her 15 years of marketing experience including in performance management, demand generation, product marketing, events, marketing operations, and channel programs. 

As the Vice President of Sales, Karen Bazela has worked with Siemens and Southwire Company during the course of her career. Shoals says she led initiatives that helped substantially increase revenue streams and fostered pivotal relationships.  

Shoals CEO Brandon Moss welcomed the new appointees saying, "Their expertise and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and drive growth in the energy and electrical sectors."  

These 2 new appointments follow the company's recent additions of James Hart as its chief people officer and Sara Jo Walker as the senior director of communications.  

The US-based electrical balance of systems (EBOS) supplier is eyeing growth in the country as it recently announced plans to expand its manufacturing capacity by relocating to a larger fab in Tennessee (see Eyeing Growth, Sholas Technologies Group To Expand).
