JinkoSolar to Supply 126 MW of Modules for a Utility PV Project in Chile


6 July, 2020 JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (“JinkoSolar” or the “Company”) (NYSE:JKS), one of the largest and most innovative solar module manufacturers in the world, today announced that it will supply 126 MW of solar modules for the expansion of an existing 160 MW solar PV park in Chile. The local contractor recently announced the 126 MW expansion of an existing 160 MW PV park located in the Antofagasta Region. The existing PV plant has been in operation since 2016 and already has 668,160 JinkoSolar panels installed which generate 400 GWh per year. The expansion will add an additional 315,900 JinkoSolar bifacial modules.
