Sineng supplied inverters for 100 MW Vietnam project: Sineng Electric has supplied its 1,500V solar PV inverters for a 100 MW Vietnam solar project that was recently connected to the grid in Long An province by BCG Energy Company. Sineng says its 1,500V container type inverters offer an integrated solution for the project that contributes to lowering investment and operation and maintenance costs. Sineng says with this project, the company has now supplied more than 1 GW of its products for PV projects in Vietnam.

600 MW module order for Risen Energy in Poland: Risen Energy has bagged a contract to supply 600 MW of module capacity to Poland to an unidentified client. Local media reports suggest the contract is for a full range of 158.75 mm and 210 mm products and the supply will be spread out in 200 MW portions annually as it needs to be completed over the next 3 years. Risen Energy's modules will be deployed for both ground mounted and rooftop solar projects. Recently, Risen Energy said it had supplied its 144 half-cell mono PERC solar modules to one of the largest multipurpose arenas in Poland (see China PV News Snippets: Xinyi Solar, HT-SAAE, Risen Energy).

200 MW distributed PV and storage project: Linyang Energy has entered into a cooperation agreement with Lianyungang Power Supply, a subsidiary of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. to construct and operate 200 MW of distributed solar energy projects with 200 MWh of energy storage component. This capacity needs to be developed over the next 3 years for commercial and industrial segments. The 2 partners will jointly develop, construct, invest and operate the projects.

300 MW fishery and PV project by Conch Group: Chinese cement and building materials company Conch Group through its subsidiary Conch New Energy Company will develop 300 MW of fishery and solar PV projects in Anhui in 2 phases. Under phase I, 100 MW will come up for an investment of RMB 350 million ($52 million), while in phase 2, the investment will be worth RMB 700 million ($103 million) to develop 200 MW capacity, reported PV Men.
