Jinko Holdings has appointed Kun Zhang as the company’s new Acting CFO
He has replaced Mengmeng Li with effect from October 30, 2026
Gener Miao, the company’s CMO, has been appointed as a Director
Jinko Holdings (previously JinkoSolar) has announced the appointment of Kun Zhang (Craig Zhang) as the company’s new Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO), following the resignation of Mengmeng Li (Pan Li) effective October 30, 2026.
This promotion recognizes Zhang, who joined the company as the Finance Director in August 2026. He previously served as Corporate Development and Finance Director at Shanghai Windrose Technology until July 2026 before joining Jinko.
Until January 2025, Zhang was the Deputy Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at Envision Ruitai Dynamics Technology. Previously, Zhang served as an Audit Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian.
Zhang brings to the table his strong accounting background, public-company audit experience, and hands-on corporate development expertise, according to Jinko CEO Wei Du (Dimi DU), who joined the group in August 2026 (see Wei ‘Dimi’ Du, JinkoSolar’s New Chief Executive Officer).
Meanwhile, the Deputy General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Jinko Solar (Jiangxi Jinko) has been appointed as a Director. Miao was appointed CMO in February 2019 (see JinkoSolar Promotes Gener Miao).
Jinko recently announced its Q3 2026 financial results with an improved gross profit margin and strong growth in the ESS division, even as module shipments declined (see Jinko Posts Higher Q3 2026 Margins As Net Loss Narrows).
