  • Ji Shao Guo comes to JinkoSolar from a tech-start up called Meicai and joins the company with immediate effect

A new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO) has joined the world’s leading module manufacturer JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. with immediate effect. Ji Shao Guo will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement and culture strategies to develop high-performing leadership programs, said group CEO Kangping Chen.

Ji joins JinkoSolar from Meicai, a tech-start-up in the field of raw material procurement services where he was the vice president of human resources. A graduate of science in computing communication from the University of Electronic and Science Technology of China (UESTC), Ji also holds 2 masters’ degrees in computer application engineering and in business administration.

“We look forward to his leadership in ensuring that everyone on our team achieves their full potential and career goals, while we continue to solidify JinkoSolar as a global employer of choice for the solar industry,” said Chen.

JinkoSolar is currently doing pretty well for itself, having started production at its 16 GW fab in Yiwu, China with the first phase targeting 4.8 GW annual capacity, and having also won the patent infringement battle launched by Hanwha Q Cells.
