At SNEC PV+ 2026 and Intersolar Europe 2026, companies unveiled specialized solar modules engineered for challenging environments and applications, including rooftops, agrivoltaics, and sites exposed to extreme weather or contaminants.
In the mounting-systems segment, products presented at SNEC and Intersolar Europe included those designed for uneven terrain, agricultural land, low-load-bearing roofs, green roofs, water bodies, and other challenging sites.

• Emerging cable-based mounting solutions open new possibilities, such as mountain PV
• Rooftop solutions focused on lower structural loads, penetration-free attachment, and faster assembly
