Ex-Fronius Senior Executive Sarah Sinderman Joins German Solar Mounting Systems Manufacturer

  • Schletter Group has appointed Sarah Sinderman as VP Sales for North America
  • She will be responsible for driving the company’s sales and expanding customer base in the region
  • Sinderman previously worked with Fronius USA for over 10 years in various positions

Solar mounting systems manufacturer headquartered in Bavaria, Germany, Schletter Group has brought on board Sarah Sinderman as the company’s new vice president of sales for North America. She previously worked with Austrian PV inverter manufacturer Fronius.

Sinderman worked with Fronius USA for over a decade in various roles since February 2013. In her last position with the company, she was the national sales manager till April 2023. Before that, she was employed with Mainstream Energy, the parent to companies as REC Solar, AEE Solar and SnapNrack, also in the US.

At Schletter since April 2023, Sinderman will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company’s customer base in North America working in close coordination with sales team, distribution partners and EPC partners to develop sales strategies.

“Sarah’s extensive experience in the solar PV industry, coupled with her deep knowledge of supply chain and distribution, make her an ideal fit for Schletter,” said Schletter NA CEO Adrian Noronho.

With the US’ Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and Canada also offering incentives to support clean electricity and clean technology manufacturing, the North American market is now a hotbed of activity for solar industry (see Canada Comes Out With Its Own ‘IRA’).

Schletter recently announced expanding its manufacturing capacity with a new 1 GW factory in Turkey, in addition to operating its fabs in Germany and China (see Schletter Expanding Manufacturing Footprint).
