  • Ingeteam adds 4 new 3-phase hybrid inverters (solar+battery) with its existing 1-phase models
  • The new hybrid inverters cater to the captive 3-phase residential and C&I consumers
  • The manufacturer says these new launches offer flexibility with differently oriented PV arrays and conversion to UPS mode in case of power outage
  • Its 10 kW model, out of the 4 new models, will be first available in June 2024

Ingeteam, the Spanish power conversion equipment manufacturer, has expanded its residential and commercial and industrial (C&I) hybrid inverters (solar + battery) under the 3-phase captive consumption category. It is offering this new inverter series in 4 different power categories of 10 kW, 15 kW, 20 kW, and 30 kW each with 2 MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracker) channels.

According to a company statement, each new hybrid inverter can be integrated into two differently oriented PV arrays and a single battery system, which also integrates its standard energy management system (EMS). The system can be monitored through its mobile application. Apart from its captive consumption feature these new inverters can also be switched on to UPS mode to supply critical loads for a limited duration in a power outage scenario, it adds.

The 10kW model, out of the 4 new models, will be the first to be available on the market. Ingeteam’s official distributors will be taking orders for the same by the end of February 2024. The first units will be available in June 2024.

Ingeteam said it will display the new products at the Genera Trade Fair to be held in Madrid from February 6 to 8, 2024. Incidentally on May 2023, it launched its FSK C series central inverter for large scale storage system (see New Inverter Offering From Ingeteam)
