Clenergy promotes 3 tracker models in the ezTracker lineup, covering standard 1P, extended 1P, and 2P configurations
D1P120 and D2P120 support longer tables with up to 120 modules per row and integrate multi-drive systems with enhanced aeroelastic stability and terrain adaptability
All models share ±60° tracking range, smart control with sensor integration, and flexible power options
China-based solar tracker manufacturer Clenergy is promoting an elaborate lineup of its ezTracker series, consisting of 3 models, rather than a single representation of the complete series as in the previous edition. The current listing clearly bifurcates products: D1P remains the standard single-row 1P tracker; D1P120 is also 1P, but is designed to support longer tables, whereas D2P120 is a 2P tracker. The latter 2 are also multi-drive configurations.
ezTracker D1P supports up to 90 modules in a row, while D1P120 and D2P120 extend this capacity to 120 modules per row. These 2 trackers are also highlighted for high aeroelastic stability, advanced smart control, and better adaptability to irregular terrain. With its flexible layout, the basic, smaller version, D1P, is promoted for irregular terrain. All 3 trackers feature a tracking range of motion of ±60°, an operating temperature range of -30°C to 60°C, and are made of HDG (Hot-Dip Galvanized) or Al-Mg-Zn-coated steel materials. The GCR is specified as 30% to 50%, and Clenergy now states that allowable wind speeds and corrosion protection standards are customizable according to project and site conditions.
In terms of electrical specifications, these trackers continue to be self- or grid-powered, utilizing a slew drive with an accuracy of ±1° and a 24V DC brush motor. All the trackers employ astronomical and closed-loop control for solar tracking, along with sensors for wind, inclination, temperature, pyranometer, and snow. Communication is facilitated via RS-485 or Zigbee technology. All models feature nighttime stow and a safety stow position of 0°.
Clenergy’s monitoring and control functions are handled through its dedicated SCADA platform, which provides real-time supervision of system performance. All 3 tracker models are fully certified to IEC 62817, UL 2703, and UL 3703 standards. Clenergy offers a 10-year warranty on the structure and 5 years each on the motor and electronics for its entire tracker range. Delivery time remains 1 month, while its distribution has expanded beyond China, Asia Pacific, Australia, and Europe to also include the MENA region.
