Key Takeaways
  • DAH Solar introduced a new Full-Screen module, delivering up to 650 W with a reported efficiency of 24.06%

  • The module integrates large-format cells, a busbar-free design, half-cell architecture, and a light-reflecting surface

  • The company’s Full-Screen platform has reached around 4.5 GW in cumulative shipments

Leading full-screen module manufacturer DAH Solar has launched its V6 series of high-efficiency solar modules. The launch took place during the company’s 5th anniversary event for its Full-Screen Anti-Dust technology, held in Hefei on December 25, 2025.

The V6 platform is built around 4 key design elements. It adopts large-format solar cells combined with an optimized cell layout to increase power density within a given installation area. The modules also use a busbar-free cell design to reduce optical losses. In addition, the product features a half-cell architecture and a light-reflecting surface.

The company presented the V6 series as an integration of its Full-Screen platform with its latest high-efficiency module architecture. DAH Solar’s V6 Full-Screen high-efficiency PV module has a rated power output of up to 650 W and a module efficiency of 24.06%. The module is based on a 182 mm wafer format and uses a 132-half-cell configuration. It measures 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm and weighs approximately 32.9 kg. The product adopts a dual-glass design with a bifacial factor of around 80%. The module comes with a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty.

DAH Solar introduced its Full-Screen Anti-Dust technology in 2021, removing the conventional front-frame edge to mitigate dust accumulation on the module surface. According to the company, cumulative shipments of Full-Screen modules have reached around 4.5 GW, with deployment across multiple international markets. The company states that the technology is protected by patents in 18 countries and regions.

DAH Solar’s commercially available Full-Screen TOPCon module is listed in the TOP SOLAR MODULES rankings, with anefficiency of 23.02% and a rated power output of 595 W (see TOP SOLAR MODULES Listing – December 2025).

With development on the platform beginning in 2019, the company’s Full-Screen modules passed certification testing in 2022 and achieved global shipments exceeding 500 MW, with installations across markets including Brazil, Germany, Japan, and China. In 2023, DAH Solar introduced the Full-Screen Anti-Dust 2.0 dual-glass module. This was followed in 2024 by the 3.0 DBB version, which focused on further efficiency improvements. In 2025, the Full-Screen 4.0 module enabled side-mounting configurations, while the newly launched V6 series has broken through the 24% efficiency threshold.

At the TaiyangNews Advanced Solar Module Applications 2024 Conference, Franck Tafani of DAH Solar presented insights into innovations in frameless PV module design and their implications (see The Power Of 5mm: Exploring DAH Solar's Frameless PV Module Design).
