PVH’s Axone Duo Infinity tracker supports row lengths up to 140 m with bifacial-optimized design features
The tracker uses a slew-drive with a DC brushless motor, offering ±3° tracking accuracy and integrated sensor-based control
The company specifies tracker comes with a wind resistance up to 200 km/h, with a ±60° stow position
Spain-based PV Hardware (PVH) is participating in the TaiyangNews Market Survey on Solar Trackers for the first time. PVH offers a single-axis tracker, Axone Duo Infinity, a 1P tracker introduced in 2010.
The tracker supports a typical row length of 140 m with an array height of 1.5 m, and is engineered with corrosion-resistant steel grades, including HDG, ZAM, and Z275. It incorporates bifacial-optimized features, such as rear-side clearance and a module positioning that enhances backside absorption. The system supports a 35% GCR and operates across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +60°C.
This tracker is equipped with a slew-drive mechanism and a DC brushless motor, offering tracking accuracy of approximately ±3°. The tracker is self-powered and communicates via LoRaWAN. Integrated sensors monitor wind, inclination, and temperature, while the system supports backtracking and includes a safety stow position of ±60°. The companyspecifies an allowable wind speed rating of 200 km/h, with wind-stow protection included.
PVH provides PE-stamped structural designs, commissioning support, and compatibility with automated module cleaning systems. The tracker is certified to IEC 62817 and UL 3703 standards. Warranty coverage includes 10 years for the structure and 5 years each for the motor and electronics. Typical delivery time is 3 months, with distribution across China, Saudi Arabia, India, and the US.
