Reinsurance Services For Heterojunction Solar Modules

• Huasun says it has become the 1^st HJT solar module maker to be underwritten by reinsurance firm

Heterojunction (HJT) solar module producer from China Huasun said it has become the 1^st HJT module manufacturer to be underwritten by a reinsurance company after announcing a strategic cooperation with insurance and reinsurance institutions Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance of China and Ariel Re Lloyd of London.

Huasun said these 2 institutions will provide reinsurance service to the long-term product quality and performance attenuation of its HJT modules. The Chinese manufacturer offers 15-year product and 30-year linear performance warranty for tis modules (see Huasun's G12 Heterojunction Solar Module Now 715W Strong).

In a brief announcement, General Manager of Huasun Sales Center, Matthew Jin explained the significance of this move by saying, "It means not only a double protection from the world famous insurance and reinsurance companies to underwrite an insurance on the PV module's long-term quality and performance, but also further enhances the market's confidence to Huasun's products."

He added that this deal will help the company expand its overseas business and make it a stable one.
