At the recent TaiyangNews Solar Module Innovations Conference, Jerry Cao from Trina Solar presented details for the company's n-type i-TOPCon solar product – the innovated Vertex N module series. Trina Solar's TOPCon cell uses PECVD poly and selective emitter technologies.
