Dr Yuheng Zeng of Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering (CNiTECH), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) spoke about the development of industrial high-efficiency TOPCon Technologies during the TaiyangNews Virtual Conference on High Efficiency Solar Technologies. In his technology overview he said that the technology has quickly become popular in China, and at this stage, LPCVD remains the most widely used deposition technique for cell processing (To watch the video click on the speaker's photo).
