S.C New Energy Delivers 1st Turnkey Production Line for Flexible Perovskite Modules

PV equipment manufacturer Shenzhen S.C New Energy has shipped its first mass-production turnkey line for flexible perovskite solar modules, expanding from standalone equipment supply to full-line delivery in this segment.

The production line covers core manufacturing processes for flexible perovskite modules, including high-precision cleaning systems; laser scribing equipment for cell isolation and interconnection; multifunctional coating and deposition tools supporting both solution-based and dry processes; and downstream lamination and IV solar simulation testing systems.

The company said the delivery marks its foray into integrated flexible perovskite module production-line solutions.

Court Orders Seizure of QW Solar's Module Production Line

HJT manufacturer QW Solar said the Shizhong District People’s Court of Zaozhuang, Shandong province, has issued orders to seize its 2 GW HJT solar module assembly line due to overdue loans at its holding subsidiary.

The company is also facing regulatory pressure after a creditor filed for restructuring in March, citing its inability to make its due debt repayments. The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has opened an investigation into QW Solar and its actual controller for suspected violations of information disclosure requirements.

Earlier this month, the company issued a potential delisting risk warning as preliminary FY2025 results indicated a net loss, operating revenue below RMB 100 million, and negative net assets (see China Solar PV News Snippets).

CNPC Launches 7 GW PV Module Tender

China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has launched its 2026 centralized PV module procurement tender with a planned volume of 7 GW.

The tender covers monocrystalline bifacial modules with conversion efficiency above 23.5%, including 6.8 GW of TOPCon modules and 200 MW of back-contact (BC) modules, with bid submission and opening scheduled for April 22, 2026.

For TOPCon modules, CNPC requires either G12R products rated at 635 Wp or above or G12 modules rated at 730 Wp or above, while BC modules must use 182 mm cells and deliver at least 635 Wp.

The details of the tender are available on the company’s website. Earlier this month, CNPC launched a 5 GW inverter tender (see China Solar PV News Snippets).

Fusion’s Overseas Revenue Jumps 128.51% in FY2025

PV conductive paste manufacturer Fusion Materials reported 2025 revenue of RMB 14.593 billion, up 16.86% year-on-year (YoY), while adjusted net profit fell 3.77% to RMB 390 million due to lower shipment volume.

Overseas PV paste revenue rose 128.51% YoY to RMB 2.087 billion, while domestic revenue increased 8.29% to RMB 12.428 billion. The company sold 1,867,490.24 kg of PV conductive paste during the year.

Separately, Fusion also announced the completion of SK Enpulse’s blank mask business acquisition.

DR Laser Reports Flat YoY Results for FY2025

Releasing its financial results for FY2025, solar laser equipment supplier DR Laser reported revenue of RMB 2.033 billion, up 0.93% YoY. Its adjusted net profit, however, declined 3.47% during the period to RMB 474.6 million.

The company said it continued upgrading laser equipment for BC cells and introduced new process tools. It also announced that it has secured mass-production orders for its TOPCon laser selective thinning TCP equipment, while TCI laser isolation passivation equipment is moving toward volume production.
