Chinese solar manufacturer Hanersun showcased three PV modules and a commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage system (ESS) at Intersolar South America 2026 in Brazil.
For utility-scale applications, Hanersun presented a 750 W TOPCon module with a stated efficiency of 24.1%.
For C&I and distributed solar installations, the company exhibited another module from the same series. It offers an output of 660 W and a stated efficiency of 24.4%. According to Hanersun, its composite frame reduces weight without compromising the module’s ability to withstand mechanical loads. The frame also resists salt mist and corrosion, making the module suitable for coastal and humid environments.
Both modules are part of Hanersun’s HITOUCH 6N series and are based on 210 mm TOPCon cells.
For premium distributed solar applications, Hanersun presented the HITOUCH 6B module, offering an output of 680 W and a stated efficiency of 25.2%. Based on BC cell technology, it has no gridlines on the front, reducing shading while providing a uniform appearance.
For C&I storage applications, Hanersun presented its HNS 261K-125P liquid-cooled ESS. The system uses lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells and an integrated energy management system (EMS).
Brazil’s 10-year Energy Expansion Plan (PDE 2035) projects around 7 GW of behind-the-meter battery storage capacity by 2035. The country has also scheduled its first national battery storage capacity auctions for December 2026, supporting growing interest in solar-plus-storage solutions (see Brazil Targets 107 GW Installed Solar Capacity By 2035).
