In its EU Market Outlook For Solar Power 2020-2024, SolarPower Europe said Bulgaria plans to to exceed 3.2 GW cumulative installed solar PV capacity as targeted under the NECP by 2030, but the analysts believe the country will reach a total of around 3.8 GW already by 2024.
