China Huadian to promote PV power project in Zhangping: Zhangping City announced holding a signing ceremony to promote photovoltaic power generation projects across the city. The focus will be on promoting PV projects invested and constructed by state-owned power generation enterprise China Huadian Corporation Ltd. The project is expected to have an installed capacity of 280 MW, with an estimated total investment of RMB 1.26 billion ($0.20 billion). Qingdao Gaoce & Tonghe Energy sign RMB 100 mn PV equipment sales contract: In an announcement, wire cutting machine producer Qingdao Gaoce Technology said that it has signed a contract with photovoltaic equipment and components manufacturer Tonghe New Energy. Through this contract, Qingdao Gaoce will deliver RMB 10,032.00 million (including tax) ($1571.6 million) worth PV cutting equipment to Tonghe from January 2022 to March 2022.
Akcome holds groundbreaking ceremony of 8 GW HJT PV cell project held: Chinese solar cell and module producer Akcome Technology held a groundbreaking ceremony for its heterojunction photovoltaic cell manufacturing project with an annual capacity of 8 GW in Changxing Green Manufacturing Industrial Park, according to a Photovoltaic Network News report.
